Will receptionists introduce callers before transferring?

Yes—we never perform blind transfers unless you specifically request this option. We understand that in legal practice, context matters—both for you and your clients.

Our receptionist places the caller on hold, contacts you directly, introduces the caller with relevant context, and gives you the option to accept or decline.  If you’re unavailable, we take a comprehensive message and provide the caller with realistic expectations for your response.
