LexHelper’s team is located in the sunny town of Blenheim, in the beautiful Marlborough region of the South Island. However, our virtual receptionists answer calls for businesses throughout US and Australia.

LexHelper has been proudly serving attorneys and law firms across the United States for over 10 years. Backed by more than 60 years of combined experience, our founders built LexHelper to solve a real problem in the legal profession… the burden of administrative work pulling attorneys away from billable case time.

Our Story

Our founder, had been an entrepreneur for most of his life. The idea for LexHelper was sparked when his brother, a solo practicing attorney, shared how much time he was losing to administrative tasks like answering calls, chasing leads, and scheduling appointments. Those distractions were getting in the way of doing the work that really mattered: serving clients and building a strong legal practice.

Then came the opportunity to make a difference. LexHelper was created to give attorneys the same support and professionalism they’d expect from an in-house team, without the cost or complexity. Today, our U.S.-based receptionists and virtual assistants act as a seamless extension of law firms across the country. We help legal teams capture leads, handle client inquiries, and stay responsive, even when they’re in court or deep in casework.

With over 60 years of combined leadership experience behind us, we’ve built reliable systems, invested in legal-specific training, and refined our processes to serve firms of all sizes. Our mission is to provide front-office support that lets attorneys focus on their clients. Our vision is to become the premier virtual assistant service for the legal industry across the United States.

At the heart of LexHelper is a real team that cares. We’re people helping people. We work hard behind the scenes so you can focus on winning cases and growing your firm.
